Review of Our Saturday Development Programme’s First Full Month

Entrance to the F2M Saturday programme venue with a promo sign

We have completed our first month of sessions on our Saturday morning development programme, so we wanted to review how we have got on so far and share it with you.

Overall, we are extremely happy with the start we have made. The attendance has been good, the session's have flowed well and they are progressing each week. The children have done amazingly well and have been extremely entertaining, their energy is infectious. We feel like the activity we do during the 3-4 years session, where we play a game and the song of a children's favourite programme/character has gone down a treat! The parent's also deserve some credit, getting up early on a Saturday morning to get their children ready and prepared for our sessions. We the F2M team greatly appreciate their hard work and commitment, a thumbs up to them. 👍

Statistically, we are happy how month one has progressed. We started with 10 children fully enrolled, which in the children's activity world is a good start! We have now grown that by over 50%, with more trial sessions continuing to be booked each week. Our target was to grow our numbers by 50% over the month, so we have achieved our goal.

When we chose our venue we saw all of it's benefits and how it could compliment and excel our programme, and we haven't been disappointed. The venue is great and has been a very nice and accessible environment for the children to play in, especially the spacious sports hall. The automatic heat regulation system is something we have loved, keeping the hall cool during the hot days and warm as we start to experience the cold and rainy days. Most importantly, we have been happy with it's security and access system, ensuring that anyone who attends is greeted by a member of our team and a friendly face. Additionally, the fact that we have the whole venue to ourselves we think is amazing.

The introduction of our new booking system this month (ClassForKids) has been a revelation for F2M, allowing us to easily accept new bookings and trial sessions from parents, with automated processes and minimal manual admin required. This has allowed us more time to focus on growing the awareness of F2M and the quality and value of our programme. Hopefully, the existing parent's have found the system to be efficient, allowing for a simple and seamless booking and payment process.

In summary, it has been a very positive start and we are glad with how the programme is progressing. However, given the quality of our coaches, our excellent booking system and the size of our private venue, we have so much ability to grow and further progress our programme.

If you would like to join our weekly development programme or at least attend a free trial session, visit our Saturday development programme page and book your space.

Role on month two and beyond and we hope to see more of you join us soon.
